How to add new Node in OpenShift v3.1
Issue
- I would like to add an additional node to the cluster
- But we have modified our cluster in many ways so don't want to run ansible again because it might break our cluster
- I want to add a node without writing over my existing configuration files
- A node in my environment died and I want to simply add a new one to my complicated environment

- OpenShift Enterprise 3.1.x
- atomic-openshift-utils-3.0.47-1.git.0.4498ce3.el7aos.noarch
