How to configure OpenShift to deny any authenticated user to create projects?

Issue

  • In a lab, once a user logs in, it has the privilege to create projects, and be automatically the admin of the newly created projects. How to change it in order to denied the project creation for that user?
  • How to configure such that Authenticated User should not be able to do anything by default.
  • Users are creating too many projects and it is needed to control this.
  • How to disable self-provisioning of project namespaces.
