More "rcuob" and "rcuos" kernel threads running than there are CPUs online
Issue
- There are 143
rcuoband 143rcuosprocesses running on the system. Are they required to run? If no, how can you stop them from starting at boot and stop them while they are running? Thanks for your help.

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.0
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.1
