Open applications listed in the GNOME panel no longer group by default when multiple occurences of the same application are opened in RHEL 6

Issue

• When opening many windows with the same application while using the "Window List" panel addition (in the GUI), instead of the previously default behavior of combining the applications into a group, the many items just keep getting smaller, marked "...", never actually grouping.
