RHEL Docker Base Image

I have a couple of questions about RHEL and Docker:

Is there an official RHEL Docker base image?
Are there official Docker user space tools or is the version in the EPEL the current, "most official" version?
Are there official Red Hat documents on how to use Docker in RHEL?
