The CVE Program describes this issue as:

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ceph: fix inode reference leakage in ceph_get_snapdir() The ceph_get_inode() will search for or insert a new inode into the hash for the given vino, and return a reference to it. If new is non-NULL, its reference is consumed. We should release the reference when in error handing cases.

When a product is listed as "Out of Support Scope", it means a vulnerability with the impact level assigned to this CVE is no longer covered by its current support lifecycle phase. The product has been identified to contain the impacted component, but analysis to determine whether it is affected or not by this vulnerability was not performed. The product should be assumed to be affected.
