The nssconfigFound function in in crypto-utils 2.4.1-34 allows local users to overwrite arbitrary files via a symlink attack on the "list" file in the current working directory.

This issue did not affect the version of crypto-utils as shipped with Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5. The Red Hat Security Response Team has rated this issue as having low security impact.
