Description
A flaw was found in Aria2. A remote malicious user can exploit a Divide By Zero vulnerability in the src/bittorrent_helper.cc component, leading to a Denial of Service (DoS).

Mitigation
If Aria2 is deployed as a daemon with RPC enabled, restrict network access to the service. Configure firewall rules to limit incoming connections to trusted hosts or disable the RPC interface if remote access is not required. If changes are made to a running service, a restart may be required for the changes to take effect.
