CVE-2026-63840
Description
A flaw was found in the Linux kernel's drm/amdgpu/jpeg driver. The JPEG v5.3.0 ring within this driver does not support 64-bit user fence writes. A local user or application attempting to submit commands with 64-bit user fences to the amdgpu JPEG v5.3.0 ring will have these submissions rejected. This can lead to a denial of service for operations that rely on this specific functionality.
