CVE-2026-41514
Description
A flaw was found in OP-TEE, a Trusted Execution Environment (TEE) designed for Arm Cortex-A cores. The RSA-OAEP decryption implementation in the Hisilicon HPRE crypto driver uses a non-constant-time comparison function, creating a vulnerability known as a padding oracle. This allows a local attacker to potentially recover sensitive information, specifically RSA-OAEP plaintext, by performing a series of adaptive chosen ciphertext queries. This issue primarily affects systems where the Hisilicon HPRE RSA driver is explicitly enabled.
