CVE-2026-40499
Description
A flaw was found in radare2, specifically within the PDB parser's print_gvars() function. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability by crafting a malicious PDB (Program Database) file. By embedding a newline byte in the PE (Portable Executable) section header name field, the attacker can inject commands that are executed when the idp command processes the file, leading to arbitrary command execution.
