CVE-2026-15157

Description

A flaw was found in undici. An application that processes a hand-rolled blob-like request body with a type property derived from untrusted input may allow a remote attacker to inject Carriage Return Line Feed (CRLF) sequences. This vulnerability enables the attacker to append arbitrary HTTP headers, potentially leading to the smuggling of a second request past the upstream server. This could result in limited information disclosure and integrity impact.

Common Vulnerability Scoring System (CVSS) Score Details

Info alert:Important note

CVSS scores for open source components depend on vendor-specific factors (e.g. version or build chain). Therefore, Red Hat's score and impact rating can be different from NVD and other vendors. Red Hat remains the authoritative CVE Naming Authority (CNA) source for its products and services (see Red Hat classifications).
