CVE-2026-113652
Description
A flaw was found in uploadfs. When configured with the Microsoft Azure storage backend, account-level Shared Access Signature (SAS) tokens are improperly exposed within public attachment URLs. An unauthenticated remote attacker can exploit this information disclosure vulnerability by inspecting public file links, potentially enabling unauthorized access to the underlying cloud storage container.
Statement
This vulnerability is rated as Moderate impact because successful exploitation relies on an uncommon, non-default deployment where the Azure storage provider is configured with Shared Access Signature authentication. Deployments utilizing the default shared-key mechanism or alternative storage backends remain unaffected. Furthermore, the uploadfs package is not included in supported Red Hat products.
