CVE-2025-27533
Description
A flaw was found in Apache ActiveMQ. This vulnerability allows denial of service by depleting process memory via unmarshalling OpenWire commands without proper size validation when not using mutual TLS connections.
Common Vulnerability Scoring System (CVSS) Score Details
Info alert:Important note
CVSS scores for open source components depend on vendor-specific factors (e.g. version or build chain). Therefore, Red Hat's score and impact rating can be different from NVD and other vendors. Red Hat remains the authoritative CVE Naming Authority (CNA) source for its products and services (see Red Hat classifications).

Availability
Technical Impact: DoS: Resource Consumption (Memory)
Not controlling memory allocation can result in a request for too much system memory, possibly leading to a crash of the application due to out-of-memory conditions, or the consumption of a large amount of memory on the system.
