CVE-2024-55195
Description
A flaw was found in OpenImageIO. A remote attacker could exploit an allocation-size-too-big bug in the /imagebuf.cpp component by requesting to allocate an excessive amount of memory. This vulnerability can lead to a Denial of Service (DoS), making the affected system or application unavailable.
