CVE-2024-35962
Description
A denial of service vulnerability exists in the Linux kernel such that @optlen validation is not called before the function xt_alloc_table_info(), an attacker could craft a payload that results in a crash resulting in loss of availability.
Mitigation
Mitigation for this issue is either not available or the currently available options don't meet the Red Hat Product Security criteria comprising ease of use and deployment, applicability to widespread installation base or stability.
