CVE-2023-6267
Description
A flaw was found in the json payload. If annotation based security is used to secure a REST resource, the JSON body that the resource may consume is being processed (deserialized) prior to the security constraints being evaluated and applied. This does not happen with configuration based security.
Common Vulnerability Scoring System (CVSS) Score Details
Info alert:Important note
CVSS scores for open source components depend on vendor-specific factors (e.g. version or build chain). Therefore, Red Hat's score and impact rating can be different from NVD and other vendors. Red Hat remains the authoritative CVE Naming Authority (CNA) source for its products and services (see Red Hat classifications).

Red Hat CVSS v3 Score Explanation
In this vulnerability, while deserialization is certainly possible, the chief threat is toward denial of service, and any other threats to data confidentiality or integrity are minimal. Thus the CVSS score has been marked for confidentiality and integrity as low, and the security impact assessed at Important. For more info https://security.snyk.io/vuln/SNYK-JAVA-IOQUARKUS-6239479
