Description
A flaw was found in the VIA SD/MMC host controller driver. When mmc_add_host() fails, the error is not checked, leading to memory leaks and potential null pointer dereference during driver removal.
Statement
This affects systems with VIA SD/MMC controllers only. The crash can occur during module unload if mmc_add_host() failed during probe, which is an uncommon error scenario requiring hardware or resource issues.
