CVE-2021-38201

Description

A flaw was found in the Linux kernel that allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (xdr_set_page_base slab-out-of-bounds access) by performing many NFS 4.2 READ_PLUS operations. The highest threat from this vulnerability is to system availability.

This issue only affects the Linux kernel versions as shipped with Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.4 GA onwards.
