CVE-2021-3412
Description
A flaw was found in the 3scale developer portal, where it lacked brute force protections. This flaw allows an attacker to use this gap to bypass login controls and access privileged information, or possibly conduct further attacks. The highest threat from this vulnerability is to confidentiality, integrity, as well as system availability.

Brute force attacks on a password quickly become out of reach in practical computing time if the password is sufficiently complex, that is, at or above the level expected by standard enterprise security rules. A successful attack would require some assistance beyond the attacker's control, such as knowledge of a portion of the password, or a password's noncompliance with enterprise rules. We feel this reflects a High Access Complexity rather than Low.
