In ImageMagick 7.x before 7.0.8-41 and 6.x before 6.9.10-41, there is a divide-by-zero vulnerability in the MeanShiftImage function. It allows an attacker to cause a denial of service by sending a crafted file.

ImageMagick is an image display and manipulation tool for the X Window System. It consists of a set of command line utilities which can be used to manipulate images of various formats. The attack can be triggered only when the attacker run the affected utility from the command line, therefore AV:L is used for this security flaw.
