upgrade from RHEL7 RC3 to RHEL7 GA

I am currently running RHEL7 RC3 on three servers for most of the latter half of May 2014.
What is the correct way to upgrade to RHEL7 GA which came out yesterday (10Jun2014)?
Is it merely updating all the packages or is it a fresh install?
