Problem with BPM Suite 6.0.1 Install

I downloaded BPM Suite 6.0.1, and am having trouble with the installation. The installer program cannot start the app server or the management console after install and configuration in the jboss-eap-6.1 directory (Windows). When I tried to start the App Server by hand (standalone.bat), I see that the wrong JAVA version was set in standalone.bat.conf. My JAVA_HOME is set correctly, so I updated standalone.bat.conf to reflect that directory. When I tried again to start the AS, I got the following:
\Java\jdk1.7.0_51' was unexpected at this time
The original setup had standalone.conf.bat set to jdk1.6.0_23, which is not correct.
So, did I not change the right file or enough files, or is there some way to properly specify JAVA_HOME in the setup?
