oc-mirror v2 fails with context deadline exceeded when mirroring large images to a local registry in RHOCP 4
Issue
When using the oc-mirror plugin v2 to mirror OpenShift images, the process may fail for certain large images with errors similar to:
error mirroring image docker://registry.redhat.io/rhelai1/instructlab-nvidia-rhel9@sha256:... error: copying image 1/2 from manifest list: writing blob: Patch "http://localhost:55000/v2/<image>/blobs/uploads/<UUID>?_state=...": context deadline exceeded
