Image size increase after alignment

We've written a tool to align RHEL5 images that works well.  When the tool creates a new image, it makes it very slightly larger than the original to allow for the data partitions to be shifted slightly.  My question is - will changing the image size slightly (50K - .1M) cause any problems for RHEV-M?
