Live Storage Migration?

Hello,

It is my understanding starting with RHEV 3.1 we should have the ability to do live storage migration between storage domains.  I am searching around and I can find any documentionation on the ability to do this.  First, I guess is it avaliable?  If so can someone point me to docs?
