The IPv4 Settings changed from 'Static' to 'Disabled' and Protocol display none after register rhev-h to RHEV-M(Seen Network Detail Page.png)

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install rhev-hypervisor6-6.4-20130116.3
2. Configure the network by Static successfully. At this moment
   Protocol:Static
   IPv4 settings is:
   [ ]Disabled [ ] DHCP [*]Static
3. Register RHEVH to RHEVM
  
Actual results:
After step 3:
Protocol:none

[*]Disabled [ ] DHCP [ ]Static
