restore "select all packages" setup option, which is included in rhel 4

for some common user with oracle database, 

some libs must be intalled in first,

but rhel 6 cannot select all packages when setup it.

it can be done by adding one by one,

but most of us are only the oracle user,and cannot workround the setup of libs.
