Discussion - satellite certificates and entitlement changes

Hi Everyone,

  I was hoping to get some feedback about your experiences with the process regarding obtaining and activating satellite certificates.  I remember renewal time when I was a customer as an interesting time of the year.  That being said, I do think the process has been streamlined and is a ton better than it has been in the past.  

What I would like to know is, how is this evolution in your environment?  Is there something you feel that could be done to improve it, or are you comfortable with the process as it is.
