Does Statistics data available through REST is summarised?

Hi All,

Please let me know whether statistics data available through the REST API that RHEV-M exposes is summarised? I donot see any timestamp associated with the data and also the interval if it is summarised. Will it give a clear picture over the health of an entity for ex:Host, Guest etc.?
