Unable to open download page

I purchased copy of Red Hat Enterprise Linux Desktop from redhat.com, I did confirmed my email address and completed profile. 

When I click on download link given for software it keeps on redirecting that page and finally my browser show me 'Page isn't redirecting properly' message, I tried every browser Chrome, Firefox and IE. 

Am I only one having problem while trying to open download page. For two days I am trying to contact customer service but no luck, I mailed them twice but no reply.
