how to configure desktop to start in full screen by default?

I found that I can:

- connect to user portal (without automatic connect)

- select a vm line

- edit console options and select "open in full screen"

- start console

- ok in full screen

But how to setup to connect automatically and get by default full screen and not windowed mode?

And any way to disable then Shift+F11 functionality for the end user after connecting in full screen?
