Remote Dekstop for Workstation

I think Red Hat should create a good remote dekstop application for their workstation. I know there are many open-source options available, but I am referring more to one that is supported and custom designed to Red Hat. I stick to command line as much as I can, but it is sometimes helpful to be able to see an error just as the user sees it, or even WHEN the user sees it.
