Installing RHEL Server 6.2 on VMWare

Hi

I try  to install  RHEL Server 6.2 on VMWare.

I have downloaded rhel-server-6.2-beta-x86_64-boot.iso and point the CD-ROM of the VM I created to this ISO.

When I boot the machine I expect that the OS installation will use this iso.

However I get a "disc not found message"

 What is wrong with the setup I have created?
