Include phpmyadmin

We are noticing a surge from business to use LAMP based solutions.

Where these components install fine using standard RHEL repo's (I'll leave aside version problems here. They are covered in other threads), I did notice that a lot of these solutions want phpMyAdmin for management of the MySQL database.

Could this be included in the packages ?
