How are hooks supported in RHEV 3?

Red Hat supports the mechanism for hooks, but not the hooks themselves. If a support case is filed with customer-supplied hooks enabled, Red Hat will ask that they be disabled prior to debugging the issue.

NOTE: Hooks are only to be implemented by customers on a RHEL hypervisor, since the RHEV hypervisor is not allowed to be modified (aka a "black box").
