Virtualization: UEFI support in KVM

Hardware vendors are starting to support UEFI instead of legacy BIOS support. It is expected that future versions of Windows will stop booting directly on legacy BIOS hardware, and we will need UEFI support in order to boot it.

What are the thoughts on the Virtualization side?  Should KVM support booting guests using UEFI rather than SeaBIOS?   If so, what is the cut-off point (from legacy BIOS to UEFI)?
