2013 has been another great year for the community on the Red Hat Customer Portal, and we're fast approaching the time for a well-earned rest. We'll still be monitoring these discussions over the break, but with most users here in holiday mode, it's probably going to take longer to get a response from the community from 12/15 - 01/03. You're welcome to keep posting of course, but if you run into any urgent issues please open a Red Hat support case for the fastest possible response.
