Red Hat Enterprise Linux for Virtual Datacenters

How should I register this subscription (RH00002)? Physical host will be running ESXi and hosting RHEL VM-s. I don't really want to run any non VMware software on the physical hosts.
We can't use SAM because of our network security policies.
