Migrate server between 2 Satellites 6 Servers

Hi everyone,

Customer need to migrate servers from one Satellite Server to another one? Both are the version 6.x
I've just read about that we can use the script "bootstrap.py". Is that correct?
Will it have any impact on the server's applications?
Will the server be automatically removed on the old satellite?
