Security updates for Konqueror

Hi,
I am using the latest release of Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6. I used "yum install kdebase" to get Konqeuror in GNOME. When I select "About Konqueror" from the menu, it says it is version 4.3.4, which I believe was released several years ago. Does this version of Konqueror include all current security updates?
