Not able to download reports for the role user

Hi ,

I have created a report in the pages of RHPAM with Admin role.
When I tried to export the data intoo excel or CSV with the role "User", I am getting error. I was able to successfully download using the role "Admin". Can you please suggest me the changes to be made so that I can download even with the role "User" also.
