How to set the array: "HTTP(S) proxy except hosts"

I tried to set the HTTP(S) proxy url, then the internal Capsule started to fail.

I guess I need to set the array: "HTTP(S) proxy except hosts", but I have no clue about how to set the values.

I need something like [127.0.0.01, 10.0.0.0/8, 172.16.0.0/12, 192.168.0.0/16] but one way the other this seems to fail.
