problem with yum, liblzma.so.0

I cannot use yum, gives me an error about the liblzma.so.0.
Technically, I think I need to reinstall xz-libs, however, I can't seem to do that either.
The package of xz-libs seems to be, xz-libs-5.0.3-2.0.cf.el6.x86_64
Which, for some reason, was obtained from cityfan repo in the past by a different admin.

Options on repairing/replacing this file and the pitfalls with it?
