Cannot Use Partner Plan in Openshift Online

Hi

As a Redhat Partner we received a product plan named "Red Hat OpenShift, Standard Support (10 Cores, NFR, Partner Only)" which I presume allows me to use up to 10 cores in Openshift Online but I can only use what the demo usage allows which is 1 core. Or is it just a support plan ?
