Need to segregate some servers

I have a Satellite 6.2 server with one organization. I need to separate some Oracle production and development servers so that they are handled differently. I initially thought the best way to do this would be to add a new organization and move the servers to that new organization. However, that appeared to require a lot of work just to get the licenses added to the new organization. Is there a better way to do this? The overall goal is to have them appear in their own "Content Hosts" view without any of the other servers possibly getting mixed up with them.
