Spector Bugs still present in detection scripts after implementing the latest patches

After implementing the latest patches as of August 20th, the last and the first variants of Spectre are still detected. We have verified that the latest available patches have been implemented. How can we make sure tht all variants of Spectre are properly patched by Red Hat patching ?
