RHCVA Exam availability

Hello,

i currently need to take decision if use a Voucher and time for RHCVA or other Exams available on the RHCA Track, I heard from a Colleague that the Exam is may not available on Kiosk. I am located in Germany but it affects another Colleague in France. Could may someone clarify if this Exam is just Classroom or available via Kiosk on own time of choice?
