Booking an exam on Red Hat Learning Sub

hi guys

If any of can kindly assist, i have been trying to book an exam for 2 weeks now with no success, i have logged a support ticket with support but my issue is not gettign resolved.

I have enrolled fo rthe exam but when i click the launch button, it opens the same page on a different browser tab, it's not giving me dates to choose for the exam.

Is anyone else experiencing this or it's just me?
