Proposed updates for RHVH

Why RHV manager proposes updates of host to next version?
I have RHV 4.1 installation and want to keep it at 4.1.x releases for some time before upgrade to 4.2, but manager shows me that there are newer versions of hypervisor and that version is 4.2. I have bad experience upgrading host from 4.0 to 4.1 and thatn VMs won't start anymore after restart or shutdown.
